Automatic production by means of a rotary, hollow carrousel. It uses TOPOS T-750 planetary kneaders with a pair
of kneading devices (spirals, frame kneaders with and without filling, basket beaters). The quantity of parts,
kneaders and tippers used in KARUSEL according to the technological requirements of the customer. Automatic
control system with memory storage and connection to batching centres and moulding lines. Data collection and
storage ( quantity of raw materials processed, quantity of dough produced, preparation times, temperatures ...etc.
). Tippers with a system of wiping of holes or complete sanitation of holes with connection to waste (hole wipers,
automatic washing brushes, spray heads, etc.).
