The linear dough production line is connected with the automatic dosing of all input raw ingredients with a common central switchboard and control.The line also includes a sanitation center, which ensures automatic cleaning of all bowls using a bowl tilter, brush washing head and spray nozzles.All data related to the operation of the line can be sent both in real time and back on the PC of the production manager, where he is informed, for example, about the amount of raw ingredients consumed, technological parameters and temperatures or the amount of prepared dough. The linear line can also be connected by data management to the TOPOS service department for possible service intervention or diagnostics.The amount and capacity of used kneaders, bowls or tilters, which are part of a given automatic linear line, depend on the required capacity of the line, the time of maturation of the dough or the number of types of dough produced and subsequent forming lines.
