Spiral Mixers
Robust construction ensuring reliability and long life, going hand in hand with high yield, quality and sophistication of prepared dough. These are TOPOS spiral mixers with a maximum mixing capacity of 120, 180, 240 and 300 kg of dough. The best solution for most types of dough, mixtures and masses. 2 speeds or continuous regulation of kneading intensity and two-way drive of the bowl. Possibility of adding a scraper to the inner wall of the bowl with integrated dough temperature measurement. Mixer lid is equipped with inlets for automatic dosing of all dry and liquid ingredients into the mixer. Intuitive operation via touch- digital display with recipe storage.
