Variants with closed or open construction for perfect sanitation of the entire mixer space. Possibility of double sheathing for connection of heating system or cooling of the mixing bowl. Internal device consisting of one "Z" kneader, double "Z" kneaders or straight rods. Lid provided with inlets for automatic dosing of all dry and liquid ingredients.
