Technological units including "batching centres", "mixing centres" and equipment for automatic transport and
maturation of doughs-Can include "Fermentation equipment" or the whole technology for automatic production
and dosing of e.g. 3-stage yeast, controlled yeast, yeast concentrate, omladek or so-called "haze".Separated,
central control of all individual parts of the line (dosing, mixing, maturation, transport ...etc.) with monitoring of all
functions.
Recording of data on production, raw materials consumed or finished products, sent e.g. to the computer of the
owner or production manager. Remote data management for remote diagnostics and possible service operations.
"Sanitary design" - maximum emphasis on easy and efficient cleaning and hygiene during production.
Robust equipment for maximum reliability and longevity. Serial solutions are customized according to the needs
and requirements of the individual customer. If desired, parts of the original KVT and KVPT lines - "Continuous
Dough Production" and "Continuous Wheat Dough Production" - can be incorporated into the mixing lines.
